About You:

You are a strong people leader, valuing community and supporting volunteers. You should have:

  • Proven experience leading and motivating teams
  • Understanding of successful community-led shops, retail experience or a passion for sustainable fashion and current trends
  • A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to seek support when needed

Previous charity retail experience isn't mandatory. Transferable leadership skills or volunteer management experience are welcome. For more details, review the Job Description attached.

Working Arrangements:

This role is based on-site at the selected shop(s), working 5 days a week (35 hours), including some weekends. We are open to discussing flexible working options during the interview process.
