Position: Shop Manager

Location: Sidmouth, EX10 8AR

Employment Type: Full-time – 35 hours per week, working 5 days from Monday to Sunday, including Bank Holidays

Salary: £13.25 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a talented shop manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of the Hospiscare shop in Sidmouth. You will play a key role in creating a positive environment for customers and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
