As a Shop Manager at Rosslyn, you’ll play a defining role in the daily operations, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, and being accountable for the successful running of the shop. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll ensure smooth service, uphold quality, and foster an environment where both the team and guests feel welcome and valued.
We understand the importance of work-life balance. That’s why we offer evenings off, a 40-hour workweek, and shifts under 10 hours. Our shops operate Monday to Friday (06:00–18:00) and Saturdays (08:30–17:00).

This is a salaried role starting on £34,000 per annum (Negotiable D.O.E)
