Overview

Are you passionate about retail and want to make a real difference in your local community? We have a great opportunity for you to join our small and friendly team as Shop Manager, working 3 days a week alongside our existing Middleton Shop Manager. By managing a team of volunteers, you will ensure your shop meets targets, maintains high standards and delivers excellent customer service. If you can quickly build rapport with an existing team and want a position where every day is different, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of volunteers to ensure the shop meets targets, maintains high standards and delivers excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate staffing and daily operations in a 3-day-a-week schedule alongside the Middleton Shop Manager.

Key information

Salary: £24,866 - £25,934 per annum pro rata (Band 3, pts 8 - 11)

Hours: 22.5 hours per week across 3 days (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)
