Job summary

Oxfam GB is recruiting a Shop Manager for our network of Oxfam Shops. You will lead and develop a diverse team, ensure excellent customer service and strong store performance in a busy retail environment.

Working with volunteers under a supportive governance model, you will drive merchandising, compliance and community engagement, while staying true to Oxfam's values and safeguarding commitments.
