Job description

We are looking for a Shop Manager to work 37.5 hours a week in our Heathfield location. The role involves managing a retail shop, developing and growing income opportunities, achieving budgeted income, maximising sales through effective merchandising, providing excellent customer service, and engaging the local community to support the work of the hospice. The role also includes managing a team of volunteers and, in some cases, a deputy manager.
