Description
Our charity shops provide a great source of income to enable us to provide care for local children and their families. We are looking for a Shop Manager for our Fareham store to help run our shop and raise our profile in the area.
Doing all you can to increase income to support the work of the Trust, your responsibilities will include meeting and greeting customers, merchandising, pricing, stock sorting and rotation, banking and staff planning. All our shops aim to offer a pleasant customer experience with a good old-fashioned bargain to boot and we expect our Shop Managers to reflect this in their approach to work.
Working alongside the Assistant Shop Manager and team of volunteers, it is essential that you have strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.

We are looking for someone to work full time, 5 days per week (35 hours). Will include some Saturday working.
Salary: GBP 13.27 per hour
