  • Based in our Belfast Dublin Road furniture shop
  • 9 months fixed term contract
  • Full time, 40 hours per week
  • Salary: £27,872 per annum

The Role

Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for a Shop Manager to join our Dublin Road (Belfast) furniture charity shop. Being a key role in the Retail team, the Shop Manager will be responsible for the effective day to day running and management of the shop.

To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:

  • Experience to date of relevant retail management
  • Knowledge of budgets and sales analysis
  • Product knowledge and awareness of market trends
  • Relevant experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve sales
