S&SPB Retail Ltd has over 120 shops across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire, and the Midlands, with plans for further expansion!

We offer our customers a fast-paced service in high street locations, providing high-quality products such as sandwiches, savouries, and cakes at excellent value prices.

We are seeking a Shop Manager to join our team at our Cannock Poundbakery shop.

As a Shop Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing daily shop operations.
2. Driving sales growth.
3. Training, developing, and motivating your team.
4. Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.

Applicants should have a background in retail management, preferably within a food environment. A strong work ethic and a proactive "can-do" attitude are essential.
