Overview of the Job

To supervise the day-to-day activities of our retail location, we are looking for a committed and skilled Shop Manager. The ideal applicant would be passionate about providing outstanding customer service and have great leadership abilities. In your role as shop manager, you will be in charge of overseeing employees, increasing sales, and making sure the store operates well.

Duties

• Manage and oversee a group of shop employees, offering direction and assistance to guarantee excellent performance.
• Oversee day-to-day activities, such as sales tactics, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Put in place efficient administrative procedures to improve productivity and streamline operations.
• Keep maintain a high standard of phone manners when speaking with clients and vendors.
• Make sure the store is tidy, orderly, and attractive to provide a pleasant shopping experience.
• Create and implement sales management plans to reach or surpass sales goals.
• Employees should receive training and mentoring on operational procedures, product expertise, and best practices in customer service.
• Effective time management allows you to balance multiple obligations and make sure deadlines are fulfilled.
