About the role

Sense is currently recruiting a Shop Manager to work 30 hours per week at our shop in Rugby on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting time to join our team and work within our network of over 120 shops as we continue our growth programme. We are seeking someone to lead and inspire an enthusiastic team, ensure operational and customer service excellence, and maximize income generation for the charity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building, training, and inspiring a team of volunteers
  • Maintaining high shop standards, offering excellent customer engagement
  • Driving stock generation and community involvement

Our shops play a pivotal role in raising brand awareness and income, helping us make a difference in the lives of those we support.

Key skills and experience:

  • Self-motivated, creative, excellent communicator, and committed to charity retail
  • Experience in inspiring a team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

This role requires working on Bank Holidays and weekends as needed.
