As the Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. The day-to-day running of the shop, prioritizing customer service, donor and customer interactions, and maintaining a welcoming shop environment.
2. Ensuring donations are prepared and sorted for sale, which involves manual handling.
3. Recruiting and maintaining a bank of skilled and general volunteers for donation collection, sorting, and customer service.
4. Establishing links with local businesses, Salvation Army Corps, and community members to facilitate donations, volunteering, and skills training.
