About the role

Join us as a Shop Manager and you’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You'll be responsible for making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in-store or online. During a typical day, you can expect to:

  1. Lead the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards of the shop
  2. Drive high performance through recruitment, training, development, and colleague engagement
  3. Monitor wage controls, waste controls, and customer service standards
  4. Get involved in food preparation and serving customers
  5. Ensure the shop is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming
