Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a busy team and deliver fast, friendly service across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll motivate staff, manage recruitment and training, and ensure high standards day-to-day.

You’ll oversee food preparation, stock, cleanliness and customer care, with a base salary of £36,594 per year plus commission. The role offers perks such as staff discounts, free drinks, paid breaks and profit sharing.

• Experience as a supervisor or line manager.
• Strong customer service background in food-on-the-go or retail.

• Leadthe team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Drive high performance through recruitment, trainingand development,and colleague engagement
• Keepa close eye on things like wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards
• Roll your sleeves up and get involved in food preparationandserving customers
• Ensure the shop is clean, well-stocked and welcoming

£12.91 per hour, if you are under 18 this will be £11.03 per hour

£14.50 per hour which includes a 70p per hour band increment.
