Role Overview

Our PAUL Shop Managers are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the shop efficiently and effectively. They deliver high standards of service through a highly trained and passionate team, proactively maintaining and improving turnover and profitability, following PAUL UK standards and guidelines.

Main Responsibilities

• Implement business strategies with support from key departments
• Maximize revenue opportunities and minimize costs
• Consistently exceed customer expectations through the team and product quality
• Develop a motivated, high-performing team committed to achieving clear goals
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of customers and staff
• Represent PAUL UK at the highest level
