Job summary

FAB Cycle Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to lead our repair and service operations for bicycles. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while overseeing workshop activities and stock control.

The ideal candidate will have bicycle mechanic experience, strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers. This on-site position requires a passion for cycling and a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a cycle workshop or similar retail workshop.
• Strong knowledge of bicycle servicing, repairs and upgrades.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Numerate with good stock control and purchasing skills.
• Experience leading a small team of staff.
• Ability to build relationships with key suppliers.
• Customer-focused with a passion for cycling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Sales experience of bikes, accessories and parts.

Job Description

Cycle repairs, upgrades and servicing are the core product offerings based out of retail premises.

We are looking for an experienced Shop Manager with bicycle mechanic experience along with excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about cycling and have a good knowledge about the cycling industry. Must be numerate, excellent organisation skills and a good communicator.
