Shop Manager - Full Time

We are looking to recruit a new shop manager for our shop in Luton, Bedfordshire. This is a permanent full-time position working a variety of shifts, 5 days from 7 each week.

Please note that for full-time positions, you will need to be fully flexible in your availability for work throughout the week, including weekends.

Pay & Benefits:

The salary offered for this position is between £32,944.97 - £46,483.67 on a 45-hour contract.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and participate in daily shop operations.
• Motivate and inspire your team to provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, induct, and develop your team through coaching and mentoring.
• Ensure shop safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage shop costs including shrinkage, waste, and payroll, reporting to your area manager.
• Maintain standards in customer service, cash handling, health & safety, stock management, and presentation.
