A leading cat welfare charity in Keighley seeks a dedicated Shop Manager to lead and develop their shop team. The role involves managing shop performance and delivering budgetary goals, while supporting the charity's mission to make life better for cats. Candidates should have relevant retail experience and strong organizational skills. The charity offers a competitive salary and a range of health benefits.

Work pattern: 37.5 hours on a rota basis (to include weekends)
Salary: Up to £25,140.96 per annum
Contract: Permanent

Our retail operation consists of over 80 charity shops. Each of our shops has its own charm and personality due to our dedicated volunteers and colleagues. From vintage jewellery and jigsaws to harps and handbags, whether our customers are looking for that 'must have' item or simply a 'missing piece'.
