Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the shop, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
Supervise and support staff, including shift planning, training, and performance monitoring
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality food
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage deliveries to ensure the shop is fully stocked
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in all areas
Keep accurate records of sales, expenses, and staff performance
Check that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage and loss
Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed and documented properly
