As Shop Manager, you'll lead by example, to deliver the highest level of service. You'll be our ambassador on the high street, raising vital funds.
Our successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities of the shop. This requires commitment to high standards of customer service, donor care and volunteer support.

This will be a varied and challenging role that requires excellent leadership and communication skills, along with a hands-on management approach and the ability to demonstrate strong visual merchandising skills.
This post is offered on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, flexible each week.
