About the role

Join us as a Shop Manager and you’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers. We serve our customers across a number of different channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive thru. You'll be responsible for ensuring customers have a brilliant experience whether they order in store or online. Typical daily responsibilities include:

  1. Lead the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards of the shop.
  2. Drive high performance through recruitment, training, development, and colleague engagement.
  3. Monitor wage controls, waste controls, and customer service standards.
  4. Participate in food preparation and serve customers.
  5. Ensure the shop is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming.
