As a Shop Manager you will be responsible for:

1. Managing day to day shop operations.
2. Driving sales growth.
3. Delivering outstanding customer service.
4. Training, developing and motivating your team.
5. Hygiene and food safety compliance.

You will need to have a background in retail management and ideally have worked within a food environment, however this is not essential. You will have a strong work ethic and a hands on "can do" mentality.

Must have a valid driving licence.

Poundbakery and Sayers is part of S&PB Retail Ltd and has over 120 shops across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire and Midlands areas, with plans to expand even further!

We are now looking for a Shop Manager to join our team and manage our Farnworth Poundbakery shop.
