Part-Time Vacancy - 22.5 Hours

Are you passionate about making a difference in your community?

We are looking for a dedicated, friendly, and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team at our Plymstock Shop in Plymouth.

This is a large, fast-paced store situated on The Broadway in Plymstock. The shop sells a wide variety of donated items with an emphasis on homeware and clothing.

As a Shop Assistant, you will play an essential role in helping raise vital funds to support the hospice's care for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

1. Providing excellent customer service through representing St Luke's Values and promoting the essential work the charity provides
2. Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with both customers and donors
3. Assisting with the daily running of the shop through ensuring administration and banking, recruitment and management of volunteer staff, and all health and safety requirements are adhered to
4. Processing sales transactions and stock accurately
5. Working enthusiastically and collaboratively with the Shop Volunteers, Assistants, and Shop Manager
