Job summary

A leading hospitality company is seeking a Shop Assistant for its location in West Drayton. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, operating tills, managing stock, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Candidates should have lived in the UK for the last five years and be able to pass security vetting. Previous experience in retail is preferable but not required. Shifts are from 08:00 to 16:30. • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shop environment.
• Occasionally escort customers to and from the shop.
• Assist with admin tasks like answering calls and emails.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and operate tills confidently

• Occasionally escort customers (prisoners) to and from the shop
• Assist with admin tasks like answering calls and emails.

What we’re looking for:

• You’ve lived in the UK for the past 5 years and have the legal right to work
• Able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a bonus – but not essential!
• Comfortable working as part of a team and sometimes on your own.
