Shop Assistant

Location: Church Stretton

Hours: 7 per week (Flexible for 1 day per week)

Contract: Fixed term for 6 months

Salary: £22,932 per annum based on 35 hours per week

What does a day in the life of a Shop Assistant involve?
  • Assisting the shop manager to run a customer-focused shop that is the 'window of the British Red Cross' on the high street.
  • Helping to create a welcoming shopping environment and providing excellent customer service.
  • Working confidently on the shop floor, being the first point of contact for customers, operating the till, and creating displays.
  • Sorting stock and preparing items for display behind the scenes.
What does it take to be a successful Shop Assistant?
