Summary

This is an exciting role for an enthusiastic coach looking for more experience. The role is 19 hours per week and will include time in the evenings, weekends, over public holidays, and possibly some time abroad on camps.

Your drive, ability, and infectious enthusiasm will help ensure the continued growth and success of rowing at Shiplake College. By being proactive and delivering a positive programme for Years 9 and 10, you will contribute to the College’s aim of developing a world-class rowing reputation.

Working alongside our Director of Rowing, Assistant Head of Rowing, and Boathouse Manager, you will be part of the rowing team. You will also assist with the day-to-day management of our boathouse and the Davies Centre, which features a state-of-the-art gym and racks for our fleet of 100 rowing boats.

This is a 12-month contract starting September 2025, with a salary of £12,500 per annum.
