The role focuses on building pipelines for leadership roles, leveraging passive sourcing, and delivering data-driven hiring outcomes across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant recruitment experience
• Leadership experience mentoring recruitment teams
• Familiarity with shipboard operations, MLC, SQM
• Expertise in passive sourcing strategies including Boolean searches
• Demonstrated competency-based interviewing experience
• Influence and collaborate with operational leaders and senior management
• Proficiency in recruitment metrics and dashboards

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and workforce planning to manage recruiter capacity and hiring velocity
• Oversee daily sourcing and recruitment for shipboard roles across units
• Partner with HR Ops, HRBPs, and leadership to align strategies with workforce needs
• Identify external talent market trends and adapt sourcing to demand
• Develop recruitment strategies for leadership roles to ensure continuity
• Source, screen and interview candidates for leadership and technical roles
• Develop talent pipelines to meet short- and long-term hiring goals
• Standardize candidate assessment tools and interview frameworks
• Review shortlists and provide hiring recommendations
• Provide data insights and dashboards to leadership
• Lead recruiter onboarding and training programs
• Ensure compliance with MLC and SQM; maintain records and data protection
