Job summary

Ponant Cruises is seeking an Engine Storekeeper to manage spares, tools and materials aboard our vessels, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will supervise stock, coordinate with engineers and suppliers, and uphold high standards of maintenance and operational readiness.

The role requires STCW 95 and extensive on-board experience, with physical fitness and a proactive, safety-conscious mindset. Excellent English communication and teamwork are essential for success on complex

Qualifications

• STCW 95 certification is required.
• Appropriate certification as required by regulations.
• Extensive experience on board passenger ships in a similar role.
• Physically and medically fit.
• Moral integrity is required.
• Public Health, Sanitation and Environmental training courses are appreciated.
• Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and perform ordering, receiving, storing, accounting, preservation, distribution, shipping and issuing of equipment, spare parts, apparatus and materials onboard to safety and performance standards.
• Coordinate with technical parties and departments to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain accurate inventories and documentation in line with Company policies.
