We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisors to lead our Fire Watch Tank Watch Program in direct support of the U.S. Navy's ship repair and maintenance operations. The Supervisors will oversee fire watch and tank watch personnel across shipyards, ensure strict adherence to Navy safety protocols, and serve as the primary liaison between company leadership and naval shipyard officials.
