About the Role

As Weekend Shift Technologist, you'll support the quality and food safety agenda on site. Working Saturdays and Sundays, you'll oversee a small team of Quality Control Operatives, ensuring raw materials and products meet the highest standards. You'll assess potential risks, investigate issues, and escalate where necessary. It's a varied role where no two days are the same - and we'll provide full training.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise QC Operatives and quality checks on raw materials and production
• Identify and escalate food safety and quality issues
• Conduct micro swabbing and taste panels
• Carry out temperature validations and assess out-of-spec ingredients
• Support investigations into customer complaints

About You

You're reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently. You take pride in doing things properly and understand the importance of food safety and quality. Whether you're starting out in your career or looking for a weekend role with responsibility, we'll support you with full training and ongoing development.
