Operational Duties:

- Adhere strictly to client contract requirements, consistently aiming to meet and exceed KPIs.

- Execute both reactive and planned maintenance tasks to impeccable standards.

- Follow established and emergency protocols.

- Champion the account's Risk & Safety practices to prevent service disruptions.

- Collaborate with the broader team to identify areas for refining technical service delivery.

- Demonstrate a proactive approach to service enhancement, driven by a commitment to continual improvement.

Desired Experience & Technical Skills

- HV/LV Authorized Person (AP15) – Refresher courses available.

- Updated IEE: Wiring and Installation Regulations or equivalent in mechanical engineering.

- HNC & HND in Engineering.

- Confined Authorized Person – Refresher courses available.

- Mechanical Pressure Authorized Person – Refresher courses available.

- IOSH certification.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

- City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ in electrical/mechanical discipline.

- Previous experience in a Critical Engineering Facility.

- Strong PC literacy, proficiency with systems like BMS, and other digital control/monitoring platforms.

Work Location

- This role operates on a rotational shift pattern (12 hours), covering both day and night shifts.

- Flexibility to support the team outside of designated shifts is essential.

- The position is based at our client's premises.
