Job summary

Cademuir Engineering Ltd in Tweedbank, Galashiels, Scottish Borders, is seeking a Shift Team Leader to manage one of our production teams on rotating shifts. What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or similar role
• Experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Understanding of Health & Safety and Quality requirements

Desirable Experience:

• Production planning and KPI management
• Conducting return-to-work meetings and performance reviews
• Continuous improvement experience
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles

Shift Pattern:

Rotating

Week 1: Mon-Thu 06:00-14:00, Fri 06:00-13:00

Week 2: Mon-Thu 13:00-23:00
