• Leading the team and creating those feel-good, well-run shifts

• Running pre-shift briefings and keeping the crew motivated

• Coaching your team to upsell with confidence (and without the cringe)

• Solving any hiccups smoothly and professionally

• Ensuring every guest leaves with a smile – and can’t wait to return

• Working closely with the kitchen, bar, and management to keep the good times rolling

• Always learning, growing, and bringing fresh energy to the floor

• You’ve got hospitality experience and thrive in a busy setting

• You’re confident, organised, and love being around people

• You’re 18+ and have the right to work in the UK

• You know your way around a drinks menu (bonus points for wine & beer knowledge ??)
