We have an exciting opportunity for a store supervisor. Find your place as a leader at Starbucks and help shape our brand’s future. Your voice influences everything we do. Lead shifts, work with your team of baristas, create the Starbucks Experience with high-quality service, beverages, and products, and foster our third-place environment.

We seek candidates with previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role. You’ll run shifts, coach your team, and create a positive learning environment for partners on shift. Experience in retail or hospitality operational activities is beneficial, as you'll be responsible alongside the store management to achieve results, impact, and operational excellence. Be an ambassador for our partner networks, ensuring they feel they belong.

Every day is different! In our fast-paced store, a typical day may include:

  1. Collaborating with the Store Manager, leading shifts, supporting partners, and inspiring the Starbucks Experience for partners and customers.
  2. Setting priorities, leveraging tools and resources to delegate tasks, and driving store profitability.
  3. Motivating the team to deliver excellent customer experiences, addressing issues proactively to optimize service.
  4. Sharing best practices during teachable moments.
  5. Viewing challenges as opportunities for continuous improvement.
  6. Managing store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties.
  7. Ensuring all partners follow operational policies, including cash handling, safety, and security.
  8. Providing consistent quality beverages and food, adhering to health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Our stores operate during early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

All partners undergo an introductory training program led by in-store trainers, designed to immerse you in Starbucks culture and set you up for success. Training is on-the-job and supported by your manager.
