Store Supervisor – Starbucks
We're excited to invite you to join our team as a Store Supervisor. In this role you will lead shift operations, coach partners, and deliver the Starbucks Experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to lead great shifts, support partners, and inspire best moments for our partners and customers.
- Set priorities and delegate tasks to drive store profitability.
- Motivate the store team to create every partner and customer moment right, anticipating and resolving any potential issues.
- Identify teachable moments to share best practices with the team.
- See challenges as opportunities for continuous improvement to drive operational excellence.
- Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including organizing opening and closing duties.
- Ensure all partners follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety and security.
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards and following health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
