Job summary

Mitchells & Butler plc, owner of Ember Inns, is seeking a Shift Supervisor at the Ember Inn in Fleet, England. You’ll welcome guests, host the floor, and confidently lead your team to deliver great service.

You’ll train staff, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and act as a role model for your teams. The role offers pension, 28 days holiday, discounts, free shares and a supportive, community-focused pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a hospitality or retail team.
