Domino's stores are operated by independent franchisees. A Shift Manager will lead store operations during shifts, ensuring smooth running in the absence of managers, and coaching team members to reach their potential.

The role focuses on supervising the team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines while driving a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy, fast-paced setting is required.
• Supervisory experience in food/retail preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Right to work for store location.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during designated shifts.
• Open and close the store, manage shift changes, and complete shift reports.
• Ensure all food preparation meets company standards.
• Deliver fast, accurate, and outstanding service to customers.
• Maintain product control and ensure correct volumes prepared.
• Ensure store cleaning standards are maintained.
• Complete statutory paperwork in line with Food Hygiene Regulations and Health & Safety standards.
