Soho Coffee Shops Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Supervisors for a 30‑hour week, supporting the store manager and the team to deliver our vision of honest, good mood food, crafted coffee and drinks, and a welcoming guest experience.

You will champion the team to meet Soho brand standards, deliver excellent front‑of‑house service, and help create a friendly environment that encourages return visits. Hospitality experience is valued; training and development are provided.

• Great attention to detail is required.
