SHIFT SUPERVISOR, BURGER KING - BELFAST INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Pay Rate: £13.80 per hour + an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing the total to £15.30 per hour.

Position Details: Full Time (40 hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation: 3:00 am to 12:00 am, with flexible shifts across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

About the Role: Lead hospitality operations at SSP, working with iconic brands like Burger King, Starbucks, M&S, and BrewDog in busy UK & Ireland locations. Lead your team, deliver excellent service, and energize the environment.

About You: Thrive in fast-paced environments, love leading teams, and want to make a daily impact. Requirements include 5 years of references, Criminal Record Check, and applicants must be 18 or over due to role responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage opening, closing, and daily operations, solving problems proactively.
2. Lead your team during busy shifts, maintaining high energy and positivity.
3. Inspire your team to provide excellent customer service and address customer and team queries.
4. Monitor performance and champion improvements.
5. Previous experience in hospitality or retail leadership, especially night shifts, is preferred.
