Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc, home of Toby Carvery, is seeking a Shift Supervisor at Metro Centre. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team and deliver warm, consistent service while training colleagues to shine on every shift.

You’ll help run the day-to-day site operations, ensure cleanliness and safety, and model high standards both in guest care and team development. If you love hospitality and working with people, we want to hear from you.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
