Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Warrington is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Apollo Harvester to welcome guests and lead a front-of-house team with a passion for great service. You’ll train staff, maintain cleanliness and safety, and help guests feel valued.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a hospitality or service context.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to train and supervise a team to deliver consistent service.

• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
