Mitchells & Butlers plc's Harvester at Poachers Cottage in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Shift Supervisor. You’ll welcome guests, host the floor, and confidently lead your team to deliver warm, friendly service that keeps guests returning.

You’ll also train new staff, uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety, and model teamwork. The role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts, and other benefits as part of the Mitchells & Butler's family.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant service.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be part of day-to-day site operations as a host and lead the team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for staff training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety on site.
