Upham Inns is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to join our growing family. You will lead a friendly team, ensure top-notch customer service, and support promotional activities across shifts.

The role offers flexible hours, a positive training environment, and opportunities to develop within a premium pub group with staff discounts and rewards.

Formación

• Experience leading front-of-house teams.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible hours and willingness to work on a variable schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for team work, leading and motivating team members.
• Hold pre-session briefings and ensure staff are briefed on new products and promotions.
• Assist in implementing and driving promotional activities.
• Support and coach team members to upsell.
• Deal with issues promptly and professionally, escalating to management when needed.
• Lead by example to maintain high levels of customer service.
• Liaise with kitchen and other departments to ensure consistent service for every guest.
• Assist General and Assistant Managers to run the business effectively.

As a Front of House Team Leader, you will need to be able to demonstrate passion and energy to develop team members resulting in focussed customerservice and exceptional standards.

Main responsibilities include:

• Take responsibility for team work,leading and motivating team members
• Hold pre session briefings as and whenappropriate and make sure the team are fully briefed and trained on any newamended food and drink products, and any promotional activity
• Assist in implementing and drivingpromotional activities
• Support and coach team members to upsell
• Deal with any issues that arise during each shift promptly andprofessionally, seeking advice from the general manager where necessary
• Lead by example to ensure that the highest possible levels of customerservice are delivered by team members at all times
• Liaise with other departments Including kitchen and door teams in thebusiness to ensure every customer experiences a consistent level of service
• Assist the General and Assistant Managers as and when necessary to make thebusiness run effectively and efficiently.
