Mitchells & Butlers PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Supervisor at The Bell to lead daily service and guest satisfaction. You’ll welcome customers, supervise team members, and ensure smooth operations across shifts.

As a leader, you’ll train staff, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and role model excellent service. Join a team that values warmth, teamwork, and consistent guest experiences.
