Job summary

Miller & Carter Killay is recruiting for a Shift Supervisor. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a focus on service excellence and training. The role starts from a base of competitive pay and offers a supportive team environment.

• We are seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead a team and deliver great service.
• You will be involved in day-to-day site operations, hosting guests and training teammates.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site.
