Shift Supervisor - Goals (18+ only due to licensing)

Football is more than a game to us; it’s a way of life. We are seeking like-minded people to join our team as Shift Supervisors. In this role, you will provide top-quality service to our players and promote activities to maximize the number of games played. You will also focus on meeting and exceeding income targets and KPIs.

Our Shift Supervisors need the following skills:

  1. People management – Manage, motivate, and lead a team
  2. Innovation – Use creative methods to engage customers via social media and attract new business
  3. Interpersonal skills – Build rapport with customers and team captains
  4. Organisation skills – Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
