Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor for the Red Lion. You will welcome guests, lead a team and help maintain exceptional service across the pub brands.

The role focuses on guest satisfaction, training, and creating a warm, community-focused environment. You will be part of a team that values fun, teamwork and high standards, with opportunities to develop in a supportive hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver great guest service.
• Strongcommunication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of day-to-day site operations: host, serve guests and lead your team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for training new starters.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and service.
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues.
