Mitchells & Butler plc is recruiting for a Part Time Shift Supervisor at the Red Lion, part of the Sizzling Pub & Grill family. You’ll welcome guests, supervise a team, and help train staff to maintain great service across our pub brands in the UK.

Join a role where you lead by example, ensure high cleanliness and safety standards, and contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading teams within hospitality or pub settings.
• Strong customer service focus and guest welcome.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
