Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Part-time Shift Supervisor for The Crown in Sutton Coldfield. You’ll welcome guests, lead a small team and ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on service excellence.

You'll train colleagues, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and help drive guest satisfaction in a busy pub environment. Flexible hours and a friendly team await at Ember Inns.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pub/restaurant settings preferred.
• Ability to lead a small team and train staff.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: act as host, serve guests and confidently lead the team.
• Be a shift leader.
• Act as a role model for the teams, helping with their training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
