Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to join a busy aircraft base maintenance operation in Prestwick. This hands-on supervisory role leads the shift while performing aircraft certification duties within the scope of licence and company approvals.

You will monitor progress, provide technical guidance, ensure documentation compliance and uphold safety standards across the team.

Qualifications

• UK CAA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence.
• Recent certification experience on at least two of: A320, A330, B737 or B787.
• Minimum 5 years' hands-on aircraft certification experience with appropriate authorisation.
• Strong aircraft maintenance and airworthiness knowledge.
• Recognised aircraft industry apprenticeship, diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Good leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Previous supervisory or management experience within aircraft maintenance is highly desirable.
• UK CAA C Licence desirable.

Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to 87,280 per annum
Hours: 07:00-19:00, 5-5-4 day shift pattern

Line Up Aviation is recruiting for an experienced Shift Supervisor to join a busy aircraft base maintenance operation in Prestwick.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, leading the shift while also carrying out aircraft certification duties within the scope of your licence and company approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and allocate maintenance activity across the shift.
• Carry out aircraft certification duties within the scope of your licence and authorisations.
• Monitor maintenance progress, productivity and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Licensed Engineers and maintenance personnel.
• Ensure maintenance records and documentation are completed accurately.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with regulatory, company and Health & Safety requirements.

Requirements
